Account Questions $1 Question: Where do I create a new account? $1 Answer: Use the menu located below the logo of Woseu, then hover your mouse over Account and locate the create link. $2 Question: How do I manage my account? $2 Answer: Use the menu located below the logo of Woseu, then hover your mouse over Account and locate the manage link. $3 Question: Can I delete my account? $3 Answer: At the moment are there no way to delete your account, But if you contact a Game master they can help you. $4 Question: My account has been stolen, hacked or forgotten? $4 Answer: You can always retrieve a forgotten account by using the recovery link located in the account menu, but if your account has been stolen or hacked will you have to send us a screenshot with your account characters and provide us with any information we would need to know. $5 Question: Is it allowed to trade accounts? $5 Answer: We don't allow trading account, trading accounts may lead to permanent ban of all accounts involved. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In-Game Questions $1 Question: My crit chance does show 0%? $1 Answer: Mostly just a display bug that disappear if you relog your character, if not, try to delete your cache folder and make sure that all patches are correctly installed. $2 Question: I have seen an exploiter or hacker, what do I do? $2 Answer: Take a screenshot or video record him, then create a new ticket in-game or report it on our forum with your screenshot/video as proof. $3 Question: I am having very high latency? $3 Answer: This is a hard question to answer, but latency may increase if server becomes instable or your internet provider is doing maintance.
